My work explores vulnerability, intimacy, and psychological tension through solitary figures—often children or young women—placed in ambiguous, symbolic settings. I use the body as a vehicle for emotional gesture, suspended between stillness and unease.
I embrace imperfection in the painting process—letting brushwork, distortion, and texture convey what words cannot.
These scenes are not about clear narratives, but about capturing fragile, in-between states: where beauty and discomfort coexist.
